2. Course Licensing to Other Coaches
We reserve the right to license or share our courses and materials within our organization or with affiliated entities. However, we do not sell our courses or materials to other coaches or organizations for independent use. By purchasing any of our services or products, you acknowledge and accept this term.
If you are a coach or someone who will be selling / giving our material to a coach, we reserve the right to cancel your access without a refund.
3. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to fully engage with and complete the coaching sessions or courses purchased. Results are dependent on individual effort and participation, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, such as duplicate payments or technical errors during the transaction, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and may be subject to a processing fee.
